We are still on schedule to complete the new 12,000 ft. clubhouse.

The new clubhouse will include a billiard room, card room, craft room, and a library with a media center. The large auditorium area will be perfect to host live entertainment and regular community social events.

The existing pool and deck will be redone and incorporated into the clubhouse area.

This is a very exciting time for the residents of The Grove. If you have ever dreamed about building your own customized manufactured home, now is the time to pick a lot and stop dreaming. There are models to tour and purchase.

It’s a brand new day for Foley with the opening of amusement park and sports center!

Folks are getting pretty excited about The Park at OWA with 21 rides, set to open July 21 here in Foley. Rollin’ Thunder, the anchor roller coaster at the site, is listed as one of the most anticipated new coasters in the country. Its twin Thunderbolt coaster is located at Brooklyn’s Coney Island.

The entertainment complex, set to open later, will also feature shops and restaurants, including the first storefront location in Alabama of Wahlburgers restaurant. Other tenants are Sunglass World, Fairhope Soap Company, Alvin’s Island, Hershey’s Ice Cream Shop and Utopia.
